The Brahmin is a condo renovated from a historic building located in the center of Boston, Massachusetts.
The Boston Brahmin are members of Boston’s traditional upper class, and include descendants of the earliest English colonists, such as those who came to America on the Mayflower. The Brahmin apartments offer their customers a chance to live “like a brahmin” while also having modern luxuries. It is an attractive offer to live in the history of Boston.
Some think that old industrialized buildings and historic areas can get in the way of progress, but once looked at from a different point of view, it can become a great catalyst for progress and growth. The condo brochure communicated this idea, further explaining the values of the Brahmin.
The color scheme had to feel futuristic and fresh to work against the imagery. Energetic and powerful. It's an awe-inspiring color combination that sparks vibrance and change.
The brochure along with the stationary materials welcome new customers to live like a Brahmin. The mix of the historic old with the fresh new makes this piece inviting.
